The housing area, divided into two by the leisure area. Here there are 84 apartments distributed on houses of one and two levels with a maximum of four apartments per house (two on the lower level and another two above). There are apartments of one, two and three bedrooms, each with a big terrace and chill out bed, meticulously studied to offer an open space with a lot of light for you to enjoy life.The buildings have been located carefully with the idea in mind of offering an open urbanization where you can enjoy sea views from every apartment. The revitalization of nature; the detailed study of each species, optimizing the existing flora; the integration of the buildings into the environment; use of NON protected wood; buildings on stakes in order not to harm the soil; techniques of reuse of rain water and surface drainage by infiltration; underground parking space to incentivize the contact with nature, leaving the community just with pedestrian paths; sewage water treatment in order to reuse water for gardening and sanitation purposes; central solar energy system; area for garden waste recycling; compost area for waste and recycling of gardening waste; waste separation with cooling chamber for organic waste and deposit for recyclable waste; plant nursery to produce new plants of different species; “botanical course” for residents to have botanical experiences ...

• Legally we would have been allowed to double the volume of construction, but we chose to limit the occupation of the plot to under 22%, dedicating the rest, over 78%, to communal and preserved areas.
