Kitchen Marocco

Traditional Morocco food is nourishing though a little dull, with couscous [semolina] the national dish, served with stews of lamb, chicken and vegetables. Main towns, like Fes, have lots of international restaurants at reasonable prices. Alcohol is freely available to travellers/tourists. In Morocco it is very important how the food looks like. For this reason Moroccan food looks always festively. A lot of different ingredients are frequently used. Chicken, (lamb) flesh, and fish is eaten much in Morocco. Morocco is the most exotic country of North Africa. For those who visit the country visits will be impressed with the splendid king cities.
