SALES REFERRAL AGREEMENT FOR PALM TREE LEISURE

By participating in the sales referral programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY The sales referral programme is open to persons, companies or similar entities however Palm Tree Leisure reserves the right to deny a person, company or similar entity from participating in the programme, at its discretion. Palm Tree Leisure may also discontinue the programme at any time within thirty days of notifying participants.

2. NO SPAMMING It is strictly forbidden to send unsolicited emails to numerous recipients (ie, "spamming") to gain sales referrals. Any participant found spamming will be removed from the programme, effective immediately.

3. THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND FEE Each participant of the programme will receive a unique 10 character referral ID to be reminded by each referred customer. Please note that all amounts are in Euros, and for commercial reasons, prices of products may vary from time to time.

4. PAYOUT PERIOD AND FREQUENCY In the week following completion of the real estate sale, the referrer will receive his bonus by bank transfer or check.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Palm Tree Leisure be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to this offer.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between Palm Tree Leisure and a participant of the programme with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings, communications or agreements not specifically incorporated herein. This Agreement may not be modified.
