Fee for certified translator at the Public Notary: Euros 30 Registration Fee at the Tapu office: Euros 25 Giving Power of Attorney: Euros 100 Signing `promise to buy and sell contract´ at the Notary Public office: Starting from Euros 350, approx. 1.2 per cent of the value of the property. Obtaining `Completion report´ (Newly build properties only). Stating from Euros 350, depending of the size of the location. Sale commission and Full service to the Estate Agent: 3 per cent Annually: Property tax, 0.1 per cent of the Property value declared by the local municipality.
