Investors have come to the conclusion, that buying to rent projects, are the best way for a high return.
Research shows that 81 percent of the investors are convinst, that the buy to rent out way, is the best way, while 68 percent are convinst to count on a fixed income and return on long term.

Researchers, have studied more than a thousand property investors, and have come to the conclusion that 72 percent want to buy more property in the coming years, whereby the most of that abroad.

We can see that the number of sales are rising, because more and more people realise that the advantages to buy abroad, not only as an investment, but also as a second home.  

Experts and amateurs alike all agree that the key to a secure financial future is trough investment.
